Had EXCELLENT 3 nights here. The hotel had a central position just off the trans Canada highway, the Confederation Bridge and the shops of Gateway Village, and the cafe. It also was good to have a coffee shop attached.

The hotel had a great and handy position, in the cafe. Moreover, it was very close to Prince Edward Island as well as all attractions.

Absolutely not worth the hassle. The reception was locked despite a sign saying otherwise, and no coffee shop as promised? Pure disgrace. I expected a complimentary room upgrade for all this nonsense but got nothing. So much for customer service. I almost thought about giving a good review but just couldn't.

Spacious room with good kitchenette options
I was really surprised by the size of my room with a functional kitchenette that had an electric kettle. It was a perfect stop after a long drive, especially being so close to the Confederation Bridge. The overall cleanliness could use some attention, particularly in the bathroom.

missingWrote a review on 10 Octuncomfortable bed
The coffee shop was closed at dinner when it should've been open, leaving us scrambling after a long drive. The bed felt uncomfortable, and receiving a room in the backyard despite availability in the front was disappointing. Black bugs were spotted on the floor, and the air conditioning unit didn't work properly, forcing the use of a portable heater. The overall condition of the hotel indicates it needs more attention.

The price was quite steep , especially considering the overall experience.

The spacious Queen Studio featured a well-equipped kitchenette, perfect for making meals . Access to nearby attractions, like the Confederation Bridge, was convenient. The room could have used a more thorough cleaning, and I experienced noise disturbances from adjacent guests that affected my sleep. The air conditioning was less effective than expected.
